Student Housing

In the Memphis area, the safety of housing is often a cause for concern. However, our facilities are very secure. Located in Germantown, one of Tennessee’s best cities in which to live and work. Since construction was completed in 2007, they have had an impressive track record.

Each student pays a maintenance fee to use the apartments (the money goes toward utilities and upkeep); however, the cost is minimal, especially for the quality of the facilities. Support can easily be raised to cover the cost.
